The Melbourne mom has started a fun and inspiring global mission for nutritious foods by transforming meals into works of art.
It all started on May 2015, when Laleh Mohmedi made pancake for her son, Jacob. It was a crafted shape of lion that was loved by her three-year-old Jacob.
She then decided to create a project called Jacob’s Food Diaries. A kind of journal compiling all her creative food arts made for Jacob.
It needed one month only for her project to become viral and gaining wide publications from CBS, ABC, The Today Show (USA and Australia), Sunrise, Ellen, Martha Stewart, The Huffington Post, Herald Sun, Cosmopolitan, Time, and others.
And she also began to work with global brands such as Disney, Nickelodeon, Nestle, Ferrero Rocher, Mattel, Westfield, Universal Pictures, 20th Century Fox and Jamie Oliver.
